Verge Health Launches out of Verge Solutions, Names Moser Chief Operating Officer

Verge Solutions, an industry leader in the delivery of integrated healthcare risk management solutions, has named Connie Moser as chief operating officer and added Pat Fry, the longtime president and CEO of Sutter Health Network, to its board of directors.

Moser was most recently the president and chief operating officer of Rise Health a population health management company acquired by Best Doctors. She has deep bench strength in healthcare analytics, population health, strategic intelligence and capacity management. She joined Rise from McKesson, where she was vice president of enterprise intelligence.

Company also adds Healthcare Industry Leader Fry as Board Chair

Pat Fry retired earlier this year from Sutter Health Network, Northern California’s not-for-profit network of doctors and hospitals.  Fry joined Sutter Health as an administrative resident and held various regional, division and executive leadership roles before assuming the position of Sutter Health’s chief operating officer in 2000. He became president and CEO in 2005.  Fry’s achievements include the creation of the Sutter Medical Network, which unites Sutter’s 5,000 aligned and affiliated physicians around common quality commitments; My Health Online, which provides more than 1 million Northern Californians with anytime online access to their personal health records; and the growing Sutter Health Plus health plan.
