VERGE WARRANTS THAT THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER SHALL CONFORM TO AND PERFORM AS SPECIFIED IN PRODUCT LITERATURE OR OTHER DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER BY VERGE.
