Agreement Expands Verge Health’s Risk Management Solution Reach to 75% of U.S. Hospitals
Healthcare risk management software company Verge Health has partnered with Premier Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company with an alliance of approximately 3,900 U.S. hospitals and health systems. The companies signed an agreement denoting Verge Health as a preferred partner to Premier for advanced event management technology.
Verge Health empowers healthcare organizations to proactively protect and defend patients, caregivers, and facilities against errors, adverse events, and policy violations to achieve optimal quality and safety results. While the company counts more than 900 health system and hospitals as customers, becoming Premier’s preferred partner enables the Verge Event Management solution to expand its reach to more than 75 percent of U.S. hospitals and health systems.

The agreement officially commenced on September 25, 2017.
