Special Community Screening of Film Addresses Efforts to Tackle the Third Leading Cause of Death in US

The film screening and a post-screening discussion take place Thursday, November 15 at 7:00pm at MUSC’s Storm Eye Institute Auditorium in downtown Charleston.

To Err is Human is an in-depth documentary about this silent epidemic and those working quietly behind the scenes to create a new age of patient safety.
